Paris Saint German are interested in signing Eni Aluko after making contact with the Chelsea forward over a potential move to the French club.
Aluko, 30, who has made 102 appearances for England, has netted five goals in 10 matches this season in the FA Women's Super League 1.
Having fallen behind in the pecking order at Chelsea, the England international may consider fresh challenge abroad with five months remaining on her contract.
Last year she accused former England's women head coach Mark Sampson of bullying and racism, which saw the latter loss his job in September.
The FA later apologized to Aluko over the "discriminatory remarks on the grounds of race," although, she has not been called up by England since May 2016.
She is the fifth all-time leading goalscorer for the Lionesses and was part of the history-making team at Chelsea that won the club's first major trophy, the FA Women's Cup in 2015.
With her experience in the women's game, PSG will be hoping to secure her services in a move to strengthen their team who are second in the Division 1 Feminine, five points behind leaders Lyon.
