Nigerian-American born female footballer, Antoinette Oyedupe Payne has completed a transfer move to Sevilla FC Femenino in Spain.

Known as Toni Payne, the former USA youth player joins the Spanish outfit from Dutch side AFC Ajax Women ahead of the 2018-19 Liga Iberdrola season.

Her acquisition was announced on the club's official website, which sees her become the third signing after the arrivals of Panchca Lara and Noelia Ramos.

The 23-year-old who has represented the United States at the U15, U17 and U23 levels, won the Eredivisie Women league and Women's Cup titles at Ajax since joining the club in May 2017.

She becomes the first American to join the Audalusia outfit, where she is expected to strengthen the attack-line of coach Paco García's side with her pace, techniques and abilities.

Having played in the UEFA Women's Champions League, the 2012 CONCACAF U17 Championship winner will be hoping to excel at Sevilla Femenino, who finished 12th in the Primera División Femenina last term.
