Super Falcons of Nigeria have been scheduled to participate in a mini-invitational women's football tournament in China in 2019.

 Falcons who are the reigning African champions will use the invitational tournament to test their mettle against three other opponents in preparing for next year's FIFA Women's World Cup in France.

The Nigerian side will play hosts China in their opening match before taking on Romania and South Korea in their subsequent games of the event.

The tournament will take place between the 14th to 21st of January in Beijing, China.

Shortly after featuring in the football showpiece in China, coach Thomas Dennerby and his charges will travel to Europe for the yearly Cyprus Women's Cup holding from February 25 to March 7.

Nigeria will making her maiden appearance at the annual women's football tourney in Cyprus and they have been pitted alongside Austria, Belgium and Slovakia in Group C.
