Ini Umotong says it will be massive if Brighton & Hove Albion gets a positive result over Everton when the two sides meets today in the Women's Super League.

Umotong who has been one of Brighton stand-out performer this season, is hoping to help her team to victory against Everton and bounce back after a 7-1 loss to Manchester City in a League Cup tie.

The 24-year-old Nigerian whose second-half strike sealed a memorable 2-0 defeat of Liverpool in the WSL last Sunday, is confident the Seagulls will claim the three points when they entertain the Toffees at the Culver Road.

"It's massive game [against Everton] but I think that we are really positive with the result against Liverpool," Umotong told Seagulls TV.

"I think that we have so much more to give from the performance [against Liverpool]. So there is no reason why we can't come out with the whole three points and that is exactly what we are looking to do.

"I don't want to think [three points could save Brighton from relegation] like that just yet. But I do think that getting three points will be massive for us.If we do get it, then, I think it will take off the pressure a little bit."

A win for Brighton & Hove Albion who are ninth with seven points from 12 matches on the 11-team league table, will be vital for coach Hope Powell's side as they seek to avoid relegation.
