Kelechi Iheanacho could be on his way out of Leceister City just five months after joining from fellow Premier League outfit Manchester City.
Leceister paid £25m for the Nigerian in August 2017 but he has struggled to make waves at the club after falling behind Jamie Vardy and Shinji Okazaki in the pecking order.
British tabloid
The Sun Sports writes that the Foxes are prepared to sell the player, even if it means making a loss on the Nigeria international.
"The problem is Kelechi is earning around £115,000-a-week on a five-year deal and no club will currently want to take him on those wages.
“So Leicester might have to let him go for a lot cheaper than they paid for him if they decide to sell now.”
The 21 years old who has made just two league starts and scored once this season, played only 10 minutes in the scoreless draw with League One side Fleetwood last Saturday.
He had an impressive goalscoring record at City but has failed to replicate the form at Leceister after enduring a difficult start to life at the King Power stadium.
