Ghana and South Africa claimed emphatic victories in the first leg, final round of the 2018 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup qualifying matches.
South Africa who are attempting to qualify for their second U17 Women's World Cup, thrashed visiting Morocco 5-1 at the Dobsonville Stadium on Sunday.
The South African team took a 4-0 commanding lead after 40 minutes courtesy of a brace by Karabo Dlamini and goals from Thambolinye Mzoneli and Miche Minnies.
Not done with the business, Batwana added a fifth in the second half through Shamase Sphumelele before Mouadni grabbed a consolatory goal for the Moroccans on the 72nd minute.
Ghana who are searching for a sixth successive U17 World Cup ticket, hammered Djibouti 9-0 in an away clash on Friday at the El Hadj Hassan Gouled Aptidon Stadium.
Sensational striker Mukarama Abdulai earned for herself a hat-trick on the 40th, 42nd and 46th minutes respectively to take her tally to eight goals in the African qualifiers.

Elsewhere, Nigeria were held to a 2-2 draw by visitors Cameroon in a tensed encounter at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium on Saturday.
Falconets opened scoring in the 2nd minute when Precious Vincent fired home from close range after Brume Ikehua mesmerized her way into the Cameroonian box before setting up the latter for the goal.
Minutes later, Cameroon levelled through Ngah Marie who nodded in after Nigerian goalkeeper Christy Obia failed to deal with an aerial ball.
Rejuvenated by the equaliser, Cameroon pushed further for more goals and were rewarded through Florence Fanta who scored from a lose ball by Flamingoes to take a 2-1 lead into the break.
In the second half, Nigeria found their way back into the game thanks to Ikehua's beautiful effort, a free kick, which the opposing keeper Ngo Marina had no answer to.
The score remained 2-2 at full time, giving Cameroon's Junior Lionesses the advantage heading into the return leg in two weeks time.
The overall winners will be Africa's representatives at the showpiece in Uruguay from November 13 to December 1.
