U.J Esuene Stadium
The 2018 Africa Women's Cup of Nations qualifying match between Nigeria and Gambia will no longer take place at the Udoukana Jacob Esuene Stadium.
Nigeria's Super Falcons will welcome the Queen Scorpions of Gambia in the second leg, final round of the AWCON qualifiers on June 11.
The Nigeria Football Federation had earlier announced that the game which will determine Super Falcons' qualification to the main event in Ghana will hold in Calabar.
But due to the poor football pitch of the U.J Esuene stadium, the NFF is set to dump Calabar for Lagos barring last minutes changes for the all-important clash.
Agege Stadium
Ultima Sports Net gathered that the Agege Stadium popularly known as the Soccer Temple have been confirmed as the match venue for the encounter.
Gambia who recently lost 5-2 to Mali in warm-up matches, will host the first leg tie at the Bakau's Independence Stadium on June 6 before the concluding fixture six days later.
In the meantime, Goalkeeper Alaba Jonathan and winger Esther Sunday of Israel and Turkey bases last Thursday joined the Nigerian team in Abuja where they have been holding their camp.
