The Seychelles versus Nigeria 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying match has been scheduled to take place on September 8.
The confirmation was made by the Seychelles Football Federation through a mail from its chief executive officer/general secretary Georges Bibi to NFF's director of competitions Ayobola Oyeyode.
The qualifier which is a match day two encounter in Group E, will be played at the Stade Linite, starting from 4:30pm Seychelles time (1:30pm Nigeria time).
The two sides are looking to bounce back from their opening day defeats, after Nigeria lost 2-0 to South Africa and Seychelles suffered a 5-1 drubbing to Libya.
Libya's Mediterranean Knights presently leads the group, followed by Banfana Banfana of South Africa, with Nigeria's Super Eagles in third and the Pirates of Seychelles placed are bottom.
